Where I Invest

article
"An investment in knowledge pays the best interest." - Ben Franklin

I'm a big fan of interest, especially compound interest, but nothing times something is still nothing. No matter how you do the math, anything multiplied by ZERO will always be ZERO.

The more you know about how to run your roofing business, the more you'll make in interest on your investment in new knowledge. The less you know, the less you'll make on your investment. If you don't know anything, you won't make anything.

Those facts right there are universal math truths. We don't make the rules; we just have to play by them.

Small investments in your best salespeople will always pay more in interest than massive investments in your worst salespeople.

Imagine what would happen if you focused all of your investments on improving what works best for you and your company instead of always trying to fix what's broken.

✌ Mike

P.S. Invest in your strengths.
